A nutritious and delicious weekend away 🌿

All the way from South Africa, Tanita’s passion for holistic health and conscious cooking is infused through her incredibly bright and beautiful dishes, which taste like heaven and look like rainbows.

Tanita is currently designing a new plant-based menu for our Rukgala yoga retreats, but she’s also agreed to share her knowledge on this special weekend retreat.

What’s included?

You’ll enjoy a 2 night stay with us, including all meals from our plant-based menu, which has been designed to nourish your body from the inside out.

Also included are; daily yoga classes with our lead yoga teacher, Emma Sheridan. Plus a number of holistic health food talks and cooking demonstrations.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll delve deep into plant-based nutrition to learn more about gut health, whilst enjoying traditional Sri Lankan food with a plant-based twist!
