 YOGA & MEDITATION AT RUKGALA

 

Though a great spot for non-yogis too, Rukgala was born of wanting to create a space for large and small groups, practicing yoga in a beautiful, remote and peaceful location. Alongside a lovely Shala we’re working with some equally lovely people to offer a set of enriching, enlightening, and restorative yoga & meditation classes.

DAILY group YOGA CLASSES

(Some scheduling may change from time to time)

8am - 9.15am - Vinyasa Flow with Emma/Jasmine

5pm - 6.15pm - Yin with Emma/Jasmine

Group classes are USD 10 per person (classes may already be included booking)

PRIVATE CLASSES

Private classes may be booked on request at times agreed with Emma or Jessyca.

EMMA SHERIDAN

Emma Sheridan is our resident lead yoga teacher. She has been sharing her love of yoga as a full-time teacher since 2010. This path has led her to teaching in more than 10 countries, from India and Dubai to Morocco and The Philippines. She has accumulated more than 800 hours of training with inspirational teachers around the world, and offers an encouraging and safe space that supports inward focus and exploration of our potential!

For Emma, yoga has been an immense teacher and gift in her life. Her practice has unlocked an entirely new energy, creativity, passion and joy, and this is what she hopes to inspire in others!

JASMINE Brand-williamson

Jasmine is our resident assistant Yoga teacher. During her time at University, she discovered Yoga as a tool to unwind and de-stress from a heavy workload. Her consistent teaching since early 2018 in both Edinburgh and London has led her to seek out an immersive Yoga environment which Rukgala offers.

In the City, she specialised in teaching corporate clients, creating a relaxed atmosphere and allowing every individual to unwind. Jasmine cultivates an emphasis on creativity and intuition when practicing, bringing an element of personal exploration to her teaching.
